Solutions

AI engines for every stage of legal work

Each tool fits the way your firm already works. It does the groundwork; the lawyer checks, adjusts and decides.

Sourced legal research

Codes, statutes, decrees and the Official Gazette, searched in French and Arabic. Every answer points to the exact article.

First drafts

Contracts, formal notices, petitions: a first draft built from your own templates, ready for review.

Case file analysis

Documents read, chronology established, deadlines flagged. A clear summary before your first meeting.

Practice automation

Client intake, deadline calendar, reminders, fee notes: routine tasks run on their own.

Official Gazette monitoring

New publications in the Official Gazette that affect your matters, flagged as soon as they appear.

Legal framework

We prepare.
The lawyer decides.

Our role is clear and respects the rules of the legal profession in Tunisia: we provide the technology, lawyers practise law.

We are not a law firm

winsym legal is a technology company. We do not give legal advice and we do not represent anyone: that role belongs to the lawyer.

The lawyer has the final word

Our tools prepare. Every document and every analysis is reviewed, approved and signed by the lawyer, who retains full responsibility for it.

Professional secrecy

Restricted access, encrypted data, hosting agreed with you. Your files are never used to train public models.

Personal data

Our processing is designed to comply with Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data.

Team

Designed for Tunisia

Tunisian law, in its own languages and sources

Not a generic tool hastily translated: a library built from the codes, statutes and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia (JORT), in French as well as Arabic. The officially published texts are authoritative, and our tools always refer back to them.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered

Is winsym legal a law firm?

No. We are a software company. We build artificial intelligence tools for lawyers and law firms, who remain solely responsible for advice, final drafting and representing their clients.

Will AI replace my staff?

It takes on the repetitive tasks — research, sorting, first drafts, reminders. Your team focuses on work that calls for legal judgement, and the firm can handle more matters with the same team.

Do the tools work in Arabic?

Yes. The library covers texts in French and Arabic, and answers can be written in either language.

Where is my firm's data stored?

Hosting is chosen with you before the pilot. Data is encrypted, access is limited to the people you designate, and nothing is reused to train public models.

How does a pilot work?

After a discovery call, we choose a type of task together. The engine works alongside your team for a few weeks; you compare the results before making any decision.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the firm and the tools selected. We put together a proposal after the discovery call, with no obligation.
